Great shop for household bits, but I would not do postal returns their. A couple of months ago I took 2 ASOS parcels their, and the staff member struggled with the barcode on the returns. After around 5 minutes he told me it was all sorted. I trusted he had done it and left. After a couple of weeks I contacted ASOS to ask where my refund was, but they never received my parcels so I decided to go in to this shop and see if they knew what had happened. It turns out they didnt bother sending them and had just left the two parcels under the till. It is now too late for ASOS to accept my returns so thats 112 down the drain. If they were having issues with it they could have been honest about it and given me my parcels back, or at the very least could have dropped them back to my house.

Alright store polite staff just need a free cash machine if they really want draw people in if your cross at the lights outside their store and go left from crossing along to Coop in hartshill there's an external one on Coop, there's also a Free to use ATM at Bargain Booze during daylight as it's inside

Good shop. Good prices for convenience and a atm although it charges alot for withdrawal.
