I brought my matron of honour dress from here, delivery was slow, wrong colour was ordered, then it came 2 sizes too small within a week of my wedding, they charged for alteration! Not my fault! I asked them for a quote on my wedding dress alterations and the woman sliced my dress in 2 places under the arms about 4 inches! Without a quote then charged through the nose! Didn't complete the alterations and had go go back. The woman shouted at me in front of my 13 month old daughter causing her to cry and myself (I'm not easily upset). The final outcome caused my dress to tear on the day on both arm straps! SHOCKING BUSINESS AND DISGRACEFUL PEOPLE!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I cannot recommend this shop and service enough! They have been outstanding from purchase to alterations to delivery for my special day!

Would be nice if you could update your Christmas opening hours on your social media and here on Google. Been twice now when you are 'supposed' to be open. Not even a sign on the door.

Got my two adult bridesmaids dresses, measurements taken, dresses arrived far to big, lots of alterations required, on the day, the stitching was coming apart. Contacted the shop after received no response. Very disappointed.
