I booked in to have eyelash extensions and the invite went in to my calendar and as it was the first time I visited I used the directions from my Google calendar invite. It took me to Wolstanton to an old salon (where the eye lashes tech came from apparently) there was no phone number to contract them so I sent a message via the website. After eventually finding the right place I was 13 minutes late for my appointment however she was doing other work now so I had to wait which I thought was understandable. She then came out 25 minutes later and advised me that there was no time now to do my lashes. They took 50 pound from my card which she said she would refund yesterday however this still hasn't gone back on my card. I feel I have been scammed as she isnt answering my messages. Avoid this place!

The best salon! I wouldnt go anywhere else for any of my treatments. Highly recommend! Nat is super lovely too! Thank you for always being the best xx

Staff were really friendly at the salon. Absolutely loved my nails exactly how I asked for them . My only complaint is two of my fingers have gotten cuts on them.
