I have been going to Ruth for months and honestly shes the best lash tech I have been to, and I honestly have personally been to a fair few myself. I travel back home (as I am currently studying in Sheffield) just to get my lashes done by her! Ruth is one of the most genuine and down to earth person I have ever met! I 110% recommend getting your lashes done by her! Xxx

Terrible experience, I had an invite sent toy calendar and I hadn't been before so I used this for directions. It took me to Wolstanton which is the old shop. I tried to call but there is no number so I messaged to explain and ask where the shop was. After a little good research it took me to the correct shop in Newcastle. I arrived 13 minutes late and was told she was doing a patch test and would see me shortly. 25 minutes later I was told that there was no time to do my lashes and I would have to rebook. Feeling angry I wasted my while day for no reasons that were my fault I asked for a refund for the 50 pound charged to my card. The refund didn't go in straight away so I messaged her (completely fine with the time taken as that is out of her control) but while messaging she was quite rude and informed that she isnt responsible for my lack of preparation. If I had tried to find the place and accidentally got it wrong that isn't there fault at all but the fact that I followed the invite the system put in my calendar and the fact that I was only 13 minutes late is shocking. Avoid this place!
