My daughter came In get her nails done she asked how much before and was quoted 50 ,the nail tech has made her nail bleed ,got polish on her fingers and hurt her ,she said it was burning her and the nail tech didn't seem fazed ,she never supported her nails while filing and it hurt my daughter ,when she came pay it was 55 quid but she had 54 so they let her off ,the nails look stunning but for the customer service it's disgraceful ************* salon have been in touch ,very happy with the way this situation has been handled and speedy thank you

I like the fact you can just walk in and the staff were pleasant and the place is clean. However, maybe my expectations were too high as my usual manicure includes a gel builder and manicure. And when I say manicure I mean a full manicure, not nail clippers and a bit of filing. I suppose this is something I should have asked for, but I just expected it to be done. The wiping off of misapplied nail polish from my skin with a fingernail is also new to me. lol Anyway, as I am used to a smooth nail base this " manicure" looks rippled. My thumb nail only lasted a day before it broke and is now peeling. For the grand total of 25 GBP I was expecting more. I will live and learn that a manicure in the UK is not the same as a manicure in my residential country were a full manicure may take 2 hours and cost 23 GBP with a 2 week guarantee and usual last 6 weeks.
