Injured both of my knees due to overtraining and was recommended to speak to Louis Wrigley at Friarswood. At the time, I could barely bend my legs, never mind run. Straight away, Louis knew the cause of my injury, how to treat it and how to prevent and deal with it moving forward. Within 2 sessions, my injury was practically gone and within a few weeks I was training as normal. Couldnt recommend enough.
