        Do not go to this bank if youre wanting ti deposit cash. The machine always swallows your money, you then have to wait for someone to become free to help you, and then youre told you need to join the back of the queue? The machine has been like this for months yet no one seems to be doing anything about it. If youre wanting to deposit cash, go to HSBS about 4 shops along, much easier.

        Very disappointing service... I needed some help with printing a statement for a visa application. Extremely important and sensitive matter, lady at the desk refused to print 6 months statement, saying I only need statement from last 3 months even tho my email from home office says otherwise. She clearly stated theres nothing else she can do so I ended up going to different branch In the Birmingham branch I got 6 months statement printed with no issues, additionally got bank stamp and very polite service that explained the process. From now Ill make sure to avoid Newcastle branch.
