Fantastic and friendly service from Richard at Ellis Hillman. Having an advocate throughout the process of having our two-storey extension built was a real asset. We always felt like he was fighting our corner when issues arose with the building company. Communication was excellent. No issue too big or too small. From the design phase to completion we couldn't be happier with the treatment we received and wouldn't hesitate to reach out in the future.

We used the services of Richard Evans at Ellis Hillman Partnership to design a four bed detached house. Richard listened to our wish list, budget and timescale and quickly and thoughtfully produced a design. He advised us on the best positioning, how to consider energy saving, flow through and round the house and the use of a combination of traditional and modern materials and systems. The price quoted for their services were honoured even through meetings, phone calls and messages that were required to develop a design. Richard dealt with the process of outline and full planning and problems that arose from environmental and conservation issues from the Council. All dealings with both Richard Evans and Ellis Hillman were very professional.
