        After 35 years of trading as a print broker, this was one of my worst experiences of customer service. After cancelling the order due to rudeness, incompetence and even calling me a liar despite me sending the proof I had they still had the audacity to threaten me with bad reviews on Google. I sincerely hope they do leave one as I will have a legal team pounce on it in seconds! Don't deal with an organisation who operate in this sinister fashion.

        Ours was a small order, but this didn't seem to matter; Lukas and the team were attentive, patient and couldn't have been more helpful. It's nice to find someone in this industry that genuinely cares enough to go the extra mile; thank you all
