We came to Mandarin Clinic back in January 2021 for fertility, after being recommended by a friend. Firstly, we had our consultation. After being given some expert advice around lifestyle and nutrition, we came away with a renewed sense of positivity. From my first visit the clinic was private, the practitioners were very professional and I felt safe also knowing we were in the middle of a pandemic as it was all very COVID compliant. Mandarin clinic was always there when I needed advice and emotional support. We definitely wouldnt be where we are now without them! I would definitely recommend Mandarin Clinic to anyone.

We got in touch with Mandarin clinic for their expertise in fertility acupuncture, after a few years of trying to conceive we needed extra support and we definitely got that from Mandarin Clinic. From the initial consultation we were given great advice and immediately felt more positive. Throughout my time here, I was made to feel calm and relaxed especially throughout the Covid pandemic. All measures were in place to keep me and others safe through our treatment, from track and trace paperwork to full PPE and temperature checks. The room was always very clean and relaxing. It was always nice to have someone knowledgeable to talk to and ask questions whenever I needed. That extra professional support really does mean the world when your going through such a difficult time. I would highly recommend Mandarin Clinic.

I contacted Mardarin clinic at the end of 2021 to try acupuncture to assist in supporting me. After having the initial conversation and assessment with the clinic, I felt confident that the clinic was right for me because of their professional knowledge, expertise and understanding of my situation and how they could support me. The clinic provided me dietary and lifestyle information that would assist with getting the most from acupuncture, which I have found very useful. I have been with the clinic since December and I have not regretted my decision. I felt very safe during times when covid restrictions were in place, due to the strict measures at the clinic and I continue to feel safe when visiting the clinic because certain measures remain in place, even though the governments restrictions have been dropped. I have definitely benefited from receiving acupuncture and would recommend Mardarin clinic.

I asked the acupuncture clinic for help because a friend recommended them. I was feeling miserable and vulnerable and not enjoying life. I needed some extra help during the pandemic. From the start they were clear and honest about the online consultation, the costs, the number of sessions needed and the possible outcomes. After the detailed consultation, I was happy to trust the clinic with my health plan which consisted of a series of weekly visits. I had previously been nervous about venturing out during the pandemic, but the screening, paperwork, PPE and cleanliness of the clinic reassured me that I was in professional and a caring place. The practitioner stayed with me throughout the treatment to talk about lifestyle improvements and relaxation techniques. Once the needles were in place I quickly relaxed. They are passionate about what they do. I am pleased I had the courage to ask for help when I needed it. Their standards are outstanding. My experience with the acupuncture clinic was excellent, and I will recommend their services to my friends in the future.

I very rarely write reviews but I had to write one about Mandarin Clinic. I can honestly not speak highly enough about them. After being induced with both of my first two little girls (due to being 2 weeks over my due date) and having manual removals of my placenta for both pregnancies I was determined to do everything in my power to go into labour naturally the third time. The clinic is instantly calming as soon as you walk through the door and the team are wonderful. They took every precaution in terms of Covid and I always felt very safe. I had an initial consultation and was recommended 6 session. After 3 session I went into labour naturally 5 days earlier than my due date and with the most beautiful birth. My placenta came out naturally. I cannot thank them enough. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone even considering doing acupuncture. Thank you Thank you Thank you.
