For 3+ years we waited for our big day and gosh, Emily was amazing to deal with throughout. She was incredibly understanding and flexible despite two postponements and lots of amendments on the way. She truly puts her heart into everything she does and that shines through in her cakes but also her customer service. She encourages feedback, listens to your wishes, brings your visions to life and is proactive with any concerns you may have along the way. We were blessed with the most amazing favours that felt too pretty to eat and our cake tasted AMAZING! We chose lemon & blueberry, its was to die for. Highly recommend and hope to use again for another celebration. Thank you. Mr & Mrs Pilling xxx

Emily was fantastic! Couldnt recommend Emily highly enough, she was amazing throughout the whole process of creating our dream wedding cake, which was a 4 tiered sponge cake (each tier a different flavour). She listened carefully to my vision and created just that. Both myself, my husband & our guests were blown away & we received so many compliments on both the presentation and taste! Thank you, Emily.

Would recommend! We used flamingo bakery for our wedding on 5.3.22 and had a 4 tiered Victoria sponge. Was delicious and moist and we had so many complements. Really easy to communicate with and when we arrived at the venue there it was ready and waiting :) thanks again xxx

When we were looking for someone to make our cake, I wanted a finished cake, and my fianc (now husband Sam) wanted a naked cake. When we saw the work Emily at the flamingo bakery does, with her talent she was able to offer us a happy medium a perfectly smoothly finished semi-naked cake! Emily adapted amazingly to the global pandemic and we had our cake tasting sent out via post the cake was delicious so we ended up picking 3 flavours as we couldnt decide. Emily all the way through was there to help with cake stand sizing and worked with our florist (Kate Mell) to ensure they were setting up the cake with flowers at The Normans on the wedding morning. When we saw our beautiful cake on the day it was not only a cake that tasted delicious but a feature and huge decoration in our wedding breakfast. Emily even embossed our cake with our wedding logo making it personal to us we loved it, simply delicious and beautiful. Thank you, Emily! Mr & Mrs Gibson (The Normans, 17th July 2021)
