        The lady that looked and worked on my violin was so nice ,polite and friendly but the atmosphere from the guy I presume is Mr brown? Is the complete opposite, he never said good morning or even acknowledged I was stood in or entered his shop ,I found this very rude and felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable such a shame as the lady was sooo nice

        Still extremely happy with the service from everyone at PBV. Since my first review Ive bought a new cello and had my 6 month free service and adjustment. Very happy.

        Very friendly and expert advice. Lots of parking nearby and very close to Newbury station. Ive just started playing the cello again, as a beginner, after nearly ten years away, and booked in to ask if I needed new strings or bow hair. They very honestly told me no to both, and gave me guidance on when I would need to replace both. Very pleased.
