        Great vets, out of hours service brilliant, friendly careing staff, taking the time to explain all the treatment, & up front explanation of the costs involved, been using their services since 1972. Update March 2023 still giving a great service

        Been with gkg years and never had a problem until today, we purchased a puppy and took him for his first vaccinations amd found out he had a ear infection, I didnt have the funds to pay that on this day but promised to pay the bill in a few days. The medicine he required was then put back and not given. Its a real shame that money comes first over a pets health and they withheld it until I paid!! Thats disgraceful knowing that he had that infection and withholding it until I paid!
