        Sent a photo via FB messenger requesting a quote to reupholster an item. No response after a few days then I called the shop. A man answered and confirmed he hadnt checked but he would do so in the evening. Again, no response.

        Had new foam pads made for my 3 and 4 seater sofa 1probably around 10 ears ago and they are still so comfy. Now looking to get my sofabed recovered so thought I'd give Roberts the opportunity to quote as they provided such a good service last time.
