Simple Thai

We ordered a collection and waited half an hour for it after its collection time. The two currys were very watery and almost see-through. Chicken tasted like it was from frozen and one had loads of huge potatoes to bulk it. The satay had an acrid flavor and the peanut sauce pot was about a quarter full. Good job as it did not taste like peanut at all. Sticky rice was very... very overcooked and was just a single blob. I received a partial refund but I would never go again. I wish I had seen the similar reviews before ordering. I won't be going back again.

Excellent Thai take away, very good food, plenty of chicken, plenty of vegetables. Staff friendly and helpful. I like spicy food, but even I wouldn't go for the very spicy. Red Thai mild is way too mild, spicy was just a bit too much, so next time I'll go medium spice. I've put atmosphere as 3 out of 5 because it's just a take way

We will definitely be returning to Simple Thai, a friendly welcome on collection, fresh produce and the best spring rolls and satay chicken we've tasted.

The food is amazing! No complaints at all. Only given a lower review as we ordered our food at 19:20, due to be delivered at 20:00. Tried to call to chase up the order but went straight to voicemail. It wasnt until 20:45 that I had a phone call to say that one of the items i ordered wasnt available and then another call 5 mins later to tell me my food was finally out for delivery. At least they kept in contact about the whereabouts of my order but over 1.5 hour wait between ordering and receiving my food was rather disappointing and not having all the items advertised to order available.

Really nice food! Shame about the wait time but worth it when it did finally arrive Would recommend on the basis that the food arrives 30mins after you expect it but not the end of the world
