        Absolutely appalling support team. Over the last week I have tried calling the support number 4 times, as well as sending in 3 emails. After not hearing back anything for over a week I managed to get hold of someone using the website chat-box.... Unbelievable. After finally getting to ask someone my enquiry the person in question simply shut me down. FYI I have been trying to reach Gamma regarding a mutual customer. I've never had to deal with such a poor 3rd party service provider.
