Im absolutely rubbish at technology especially finding apps and logging into computers (like you have to do)
I wanted to say a special thanks to Jess at the Console centre for helping me out , being so kind and helpful and really approachable and polite ! This girl has exceptional customer service skills and totally deserves a pay rise !
