        First time visiting this Waitrose store in Thatcham near Newbury but it will be my last! You have to buy a ticket which will be refunded when you've paid for shopping ( l only wanted 2 items) so l went to the Kiosk it was today (17th April 2023) at 11.00. Two older staff ( women) at Kiosk who just stared at me when l ask for parking ticket to be refunded! Only for them to look down at me and started laughing when they said you have to spend 10.00 ( which l didn't know) l felt so ashamed and embarrassed! These two are lacking in customer service and manners! Shame on Thatcham Waitrose!!
