I have always loved your fruit scones, the best. Today I was a bit disappointed, the bottom of the scone was hard like they were a bit stale. I also had a sandwich and must say the bread diddent seem fresh either. The coffee was also luke warm. I wouldent normally give a bad review and have never been disappointed before. Maybe it was because of the bank holiday, using up stock. I have always recommend your scones, it wont put me off I will be back to try again.

1st time iv been here since last year, the service was very slow, and the coffee wasn't great either. I was even more disappointed with the way a elderly lady was treated by a lady serving. The elderly lady was told to go sit down, and her order would be brought over. She told the lady server that she couldn't see properly she wasn't offered any assistance to a table. On receiving her food, she was given her meal with no knife to even butter her bread. She had to ask for one. I sat next to the elderly lady to drink my coffee. we had a little chat, and we both said about how there was no manager in. Tables still had trays on not wiped down, 3 members of staff behind the counter no one cleaning up. None of the staff looked happy, and all looked miserable. I also noted that staff do not speak to other members of staff respectfully in front of customers. I was very disappointed on this visit. Coffee was bland and didn't taste like a caramel latte at all.
