    After initially failing to fix the problem twice, promised visits never materialised and calls were ignored. By using an unknown number we got an answered call, to be met with abuse on the phone, no return to fix the problem and no return of payment. Totally unreliable!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They fitted us a new bathroom a little over a year ago and we have had 3 big leaks into the kitchen below since it was installed. Firstly the sink leaked before the job was even finished down into the kitchen, this was fixed and the ceiling repaired. 3 months later another leak from the airing cupboard into the kitchen which was due to the joints they fitted not being fitted correctly damaging the ceiling and water causing irreparable damage to the cooker. They fixed the leak begrudgingly but it took over 3 months for them to repair the ceiling which they then had to come back and re-do as it was so badly done. Now a year later another big leak from under the bath into the kitchen below, ceiling badly damaged again and now another cooker of a year old has been ruined due to the water pouring out from the ceiling below onto it. Contacted them on Thursday to say he needed to get this sorted and he said it was not his fault and these things happen and joints go and he would come out Saturday, again begrudgingly, they never did come as they were too busy so contacted him again Saturday night to say the leak was getting worse and the kitchen units and cooker were soaking and that this was totally unacceptable that a bathroom of 1year old has continuously leaked like this and his reply was go get someone else to fix it which we are doing. We are having now to go through the small claims court to re claim the costs for all the damage done over the past year including the costs of 2 new cookers. If you have any sense do not use this company, the workmanship is appalling and when things do go wrong they are rude and unhelpful. I would not recommended them to anyone. This leak is not due to the shower and it has never been suggested that it is the shower. Having now got a professional in to access everything it has been found that the bath has been slowly leaking almost certainly since the bathroom was fitted as It was not fitted correctly and the legs were not screwed down securely Causing movement and as they did not mastic behind the taps every time the tenant stood in the bath it caused a gap behind the taps where there was no mastic at all causing water to slowly drip down behind the bath and hence the kitchen ceiling needing repairing and the cooker which is directly below the bath broken due to appalling workmanship. I was not happy after the previous leak as I had to buy a new cooker due to their work - had there not been a leak I would not have had too, its a bit of a coincidence that both the cookers fuse the house every time its turned on after both leaks is it not, would that not imply water inside the cooker? The previous cooker was perfectly acceptable and worked well but due to the leak from the airing cupboard ceased to work due to water damage. The bath panel is totally sodden through and there is a strong smell of damp suggesting that the leak has been going on months. Also the shower was fitted by them as the whole bathroom was re-tiled so they had to refit it - had the legs of the bath been properly secured and mastic used to seal the bath then this would not have happened and thankfully we have photos and evidence that this job was done to a very poor standard. It saddens me that I put my trust into this company and since they finished the job it has been a nightmare, one leak you can put down to bad luck but 3 leaks is just unacceptable.
