        A lovely town with a vile police officer. PC 4970 an arrogant pompous verbose rude unpleasant member of the force. A bad representative of the town. Demanding his opinion is law. Insulting a member of the public carrying out lawful activities. Demanding personal details that I certainly wouldnt trust him not to abuse. I hope he is reprimanded for letting down decent officers who have to live down his unprofessional know all attitude. Inspectors take note.
