Great class. Lina is a lovely person and a very good teacher . She has a excellent knowledge of pilates and can use her skills help you get the most out of the Pilates class. I really enjoy my classes with her.

I have been going to Lina's Tuesday class for about 1 year. She is very enthusiastic, welcoming and friendly. There's a lot of variety in the classes using different equipment so it never gets boring; and she is able to adapt activities to different ability levels. I feel much better for going to Lina's classes and have improved flexibility and core strength.

I have been part of Lina's Pilates classes for some time and I would recommend joining as the exercises are fun and help to keep me supple and trim. You only have to look at Lina to see it works! Do join us the more the merrier. Lynette Edwell
