Dogs n doodles

I was having trouble finding a dog groomer in the Newbury area that I was happy with. I'd tried a couple of shop groomers and didnt want to go back to them. Natalie was recommended to me by several people at our local dog park so I got in touch. Natalie was very friendly and able to fit us in for an appointment. My little dog is a nervous boy but Natalie went out of her way to make him comfortable. She sat on the floor with me and let my dog wander around the room and approach her at his leisure. Theres no other dogs there barking and causing a distraction. My dog took to Natalie very quickly. Shes such a natural with them. Her love of dogs is clear. Whilst my dog was getting used to Natalie and the room, we discussed the products Natlaie uses and what was required from the grooming, I felt very informed about everyting, I signed a form, then I left my dog with Natalie. When he was done, Natalie dropped me a message to let me know to go and collect him. It's by far, the best groom hes ever had. He was happy, he looks beautiful. He has a strange coat, black and tan. The black stays pretty short and the tan grows long and I never really know what to do with it, so I asked Natlaie to do whatever she thought would look best. And she did a wonderful job. Hes a beautiful boy, but his coat has never looked (or felt) so good as it does now! He also had a cute little bow on his collar and I was given a home made biscuit in a cute little paper bag to take home with us. My boy is also a fussy eater, so I wasnt expecting him to eat the biscuit, but he couldnt get enough of it - he loved it and ate the whole thing, much to my suprise. I have my next groom already booked in, and I also have him booked in to have his teeth cleaned in the next couple of weeks. 100% recommend Dogs 'n Doodles / Natalie.

For months, I was unable to find a groomer to cut my two dogsbut Natalie squeezed me in and I couldnt be more grateful. She is very qualified, experienced and friendly. She also goes the extra mile; making homemade dog biscuits and putting bows on their collars. They were both very comfortable in her company and enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend her.

Natalie did an excellent job on grooming our lady Airedale terrier, who may not always be cooperative during her haircut - she looks and smells great. Highly recommend her workmanship, and we'll be back.
