        I am absolutely furious have used this place before with no problem but after having my dogs nails done this week I am very unhappy he was treated very roughly by a member of staff and obviously she hurt him as he hollered out in pain and got scared enough to mess on the table he has been very nervous for the last 2 days and has been sick too and his leg was obviously sore from the way she pulled it under him ,I phoned today to ask her name but have been fobbed off with the replies I am now going to head office I dont usually have complaints but this time they certainly did not handle this appropriately

        Just had our GSD groomed and cannot express just how happy we are with the result. Amber did a fabulous job and our boy looked so handsome afterwards. We would recommend the full groom. The staff we friendly, helpful and gave us a great service. Five stars from us and Carson the GSD
