Ive been training with Chris online for over a year. Hes helped me lose around a stone and has kept me motivated during some tricky times. Importantly I now feel way fitter and stronger. He has managed to balance being supportive and understanding when I needed it with giving me a telling off when it was time to get back on track. I was coming back to exercise after a back injury when we started and hes always been conscious of protecting my back, which was really important for me in returning to exercise. Highly recommend Chris as a PT.

A reliable and consistent trainer who focuses on both form and technique. Chris has good interpersonal skills as well as being a very competent trainer. He prepares well for each session and you know you are getting a bespoke workout. His rates are reasonable and competitive.

Chris is a great PT with whom I have worked for a few years. I have really benefited from his approach to building up my fitness, particularly through a focus on weights which I very much enjoy. He is also very good at modifying his approach to take proper account of any aches or minor injuries. As others have said, he is very personable which makes the sessions more enjoyable.

Chris is a really talented PT. He helped me to specifically train for a high altitude trek two years ago, but since then has adapted our sessions to more general fitness. He pushes past the things I do more easily and encourages me to work on increasing strength. He is very personable and fun to work with.

I'd never used a personal trainer in my life and at 48 finding myself with a rather large belly due to inactivity and anxiety and depression I booked 6 1 hour sessions. Chris came to my home and put me at ease right away. Any anxieties about the session were slowly melted away. The sessions were fun with a mixture of cardio and weights specifically geared to your starting strength. There is no performance pressure and you can rest when you like and take a drink. Chris suggested I bought a certain weight of dumbells to train on my own. His suggested starting weight was spot on and I now use these weights everyday now as I'm starting to learn to to get fit the right way. After 6 sessions I felt a little more balanced, I've lost weight, I fell more toned and markedly stronger. I would definitely recommend Chris, especially if you are experiencing a mental health challenge.
