Sean is knowledgeable and shows a high level of commitment to support and train me to achieve my goals. He coaches me through a number of exercises ensuring that I am getting the technique right in order to gain the full potential of the exercise. With Sean's constant communication and support I have managed to lose weight and body fat. This has all been achieved through videocalls. He has helped me not only do this but also with his knowledge, guide me to completely change my lifestyle for the better. I would highly recommend Sean Wilson fitness to anyone that is ready to start their fitness journey.

I've been working with Sean for 6 weeks and am immensely pleased with progress. I have always been slim and have looked to gain muscle before, but never got to the point where exercising became enjoyable or a habit of any sort. After 6 weeks I have gained 5lbs and can see progress in photos and in the mirror. Sean's emphasis on consistency and habit has been clear to me from day 1: he told me that with my aim to gain weight I could simply eat 3000 calories per day, but the process would be neither enjoyable nor sustainable. Instead we have built up caloric intake slowly alongside progression in the gym. For the first time I can see genuine progress towards my goals and I know that I can sustain this over months or years. My work involves long and stressful hours in a sedentary job, so I knew that I needed to look after my health. Working with Sean has taken out any of the guesswork and keeps me motivated and accountable, both in terms of diet and exercise. He offers a wealth of knowledge and insights, delivered through online materials, articles and social media. His ability to be flexible is also tremendously valuable to me given the nature of my work. Sessions with Sean are now some of the highlights of my week. Even after a bad day at work, I go home with a spring in my step and feeling more positive, all thanks to the time spent exercising with Sean in the gym via video call. I thoroughly recommend Sean and his services to anyone. Thank you Sean and I look forward to continuing my progress!

Sean has been training me for the best part of a year during which time I have lost 23 lbs (from 10 stone 6 to 8 stone 11), toned up, built strength, dropped 2 dress sizes and improved my posture (an unexpected bonus!). He has helped me build an easy-to-follow routine of diet, resistance exercise and light cardio that I know I will follow for life. This is probably the thing that impresses me the most and for the first time in my life, I feel in total control of my weight and how I look. I weigh myself every Friday and I now know how to manage my calories to lose the weight I want while ensuring I am eating the right mix and quality of food at the right times in the day. (Surprisingly, I never feel hungry and get to have the odd glass of wine and a little dark chocolate & other treats several times a week which makes it easy to stick to the plan). The workouts focus on toning up the areas I worry about and building overall strength with a strong emphasis on the correct technique...as the saying goes 'perfect practice makes perfect'. All this makes it very time efficient for me and very effective at getting the results I want after years of wasting time on different diets and general exercise classes with varying but no long lasting results. Sean is passionate about helping people reach their goals and is totally professional (even with me , his mother! :-)) ...soooo wish I knew all this when I was younger but very happy to feel so good at 60.
