        Definitely won't be shopping here again!was with a friend and we basically got Accused of shop lifting!Just cause i was Wearing a top that i'd Brought from here last week!so I went home and found the receipt and went back to show them !didn't get an apology

        I bought a pair of hiking trousers from the Newbury store. Unfortunately they were sized incorrectly. I returned to the store to exchange the trousers. The staff on duty that day were very friendly and accommodating and the trousers exchanged without fuss. Very happy.
