Excellent customer service from start to finish. From having my eyes tested to choosing my new glasses, never once felt rushed or pushy to buy glasses from them. Nothing was too much trouble.. Will and have definitely recommended all staff at Scott Waters.

Really friendly team, was greeted so warmly by the staff when I walked in and their service was exceptional. Sach took me through my test results in great detail and really took time to thoroughly explain answers to any questions I had. I will definitely be coming back and encourage everyone else to give Scott Waters a try for your next eye test!

Highly professional service from all the team in the shop ! I broke my glasses frame and was starting a new job the next day ! I had a very impressive eye test, and they managed to fix a new frame for my lenses on the same day ! As well using my spare glasses frame with new lenses took just under a week to arrive ! I highly recommend this optician! Thank you !

Excellent service all round. Consultation with Sach was thorough unlike I have had before. Additional services were offered and explained in detail without any pressure. I took up the additional examination and fully recommend. Store was very clean and the front house environment was very friendly. A nice atmosphere with a personalised touch.
