        Great shop/showroom, very helpful staff, even offering a hearing service; the bonus being they are located outside of town with their own parking allocation

        Designer frames cost more here than several other places. Website created an expectation that was not met. No prices on display, all a bit tatty in terms of premises. All paper records so no record I had paid when selecting glasses. Really naff case did not reflect the expensive designer glasses. Not even a cleaning cloth included. For 190 I should have gone to specsavers only I don't rate them either. I regret not challenging these thing when I was there. The upside, you can park easily. I feel conned.

        The optician took time with our eye tests. We didn't feel rushed and everything was nicely explained. My husband got new frames that were very affordable. We recommended buy Specs Direct to our friends who went there the next day and were equally pleased with the selection of frames and service.
