        We have been using Ben for at least 10 years. He is always approachable, friendly and honest. Ben is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make matters smooth and efficient. There is never a moment that we arent informed of where we are in the process if the situation is a drawn out one, and for other smaller not as complicated queries he is quick to help. We wouldn't dream of using anyone else.
