Do not recommend, the part they replaced on my phone became faulty after a week of use. Please use a different repair service on the high street

Took my battery in to be replaced. This then had to be replaced which they stated they did however they have not. They just held on to the phone for 40 minutes and then said it was changed. The batteries they use are obviously non apple but these are terrible. The battery percentage will raise when not even on charge and then sit at 100% until it just dies despite stating full battery. Best avoided. When I went in to try and get it replaced they tried to say it was the phone etc. Just taken to apple to have it looked it and they have confirmed it was a faulty/dodgy battery. Not worth the money. Pay the extra 30 and get a legitimate battery from Apple. Also most of these positive reviews seem to be fake unless everyone leaving a positive review came to your shop 10 months ago. Seems a bit odd most positive reviews were all left at the same time. Will be taking this to trading standards as after giving them 110 (as they stated they had to replace my screen in order to change the battery) the phone is worse than when I took it in. No idea what battery percentage is on it.
