Liz Chaddock
Went today after checking website for opening times. Shop was closed. Second time this has happened. Last time was supposed to open at 9 but wasn't going to open till 10am. Now it appears it's 10.30 except today!

Closed on Sunday despite website saying open. Drove 30 minutes and paid for parking to find this out

Not impressed with Newbury store. Would have given zero stars if possible. Second week in a row I have driven here from nearby town to return item and closed both times (4pm and 3.15pm) despite website stating open till 5pm. Will pay to send items back & wont bother buying from Roman again. Could see the lady inside ignoring my phone call to ask if shop would be open again later.
