        I had a kitchen refurbishment from Dream Doors 5 years ago. My washing machine just broke down (fair wear and tear - it was bought a few years before the Dream Doors refit), and the guy who came to repair it couldn't start because he couldn't pull the washing machine out. I contacted Dream Doors and they sent a man round straight away, who was able to extract the washing machine. Absolutely full marks to Dream Doors for customer service. This was the Basingstoke branch, by the way.
