Started with Ian providing valuation for probate purposes - very honest, professional and contrary to conversations with other agents Ian did not try to "run down" the competition! Sam then took over and provided regular updates and kept me appraised via email/phone on all developments and gave sound/sensible advice throughout the sale. From first advert (November 2022) to completion of sale (March 2023) a very quick and smooth process. Would not hesitate to recommend Winkworth Newbury. Sincere thanks to all involved.

We used to rent through Winkworth Newbury Estate Agents and we could not be happier with them. From day 1, they were on top of everything. We have been with them for 3 years and it has always been extremely easy to liaise with them when we have needed it.
