Bianca was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was not the easiest person to sell to, having not yet decided what I wanted. She convinced me that I should go for the Breitling Ive always wanted over the TAG I thought about - and she did so without pressuring me. I fully recommend you use Fraser Hart - but you should seek out Bianca and ask for her expert advice if you ever need anything - thank you.

Had an excellent experience today (thanks to Annu) everyone in store was really friendly and nothing was too much to ask. It was really appreciated that at no point did I feel any pressure at all. Walked out for a coffee and a think.. then straight back in to take the watch home.

Really impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff in this store. Declan was extremely helpful and patient as I pondered over some watches, and ended up buying two. His knowledge certainly left me feeling that I was in good hands and making the right decision. I'm now the happy owner of a Tudor Black Bay Chronograph (reverse panda) and an Omega Speedmaster Pro Moonwatch. No doubt I'll be back again soon. *Edit* I did return and Declan helped me purchase a new Tudor Black Bay Bronze. Couldn't be happier with the welcome and service I get in Fraser Hart, and specifically with Declan. *Edit* Christmas eve and I received the call I'd been waiting for, my new watch had arrived. Absolutely thrilled to be able to pick up my newest watch, and extremely happy with the service from all of the staff, especially Declan. As always, an absolute pleasure being a Fraser Hart customer.
