        Really bad im afraid, asked for a call back many times, but they dont bother ringing back, and The numerous missteps of my prescription absolutely terrible they are.

        This is possibly the worst mental health service in the country. Emma Benjamin in particularly is a terrible therapist. Avoid this place at all costs and go private if you can.

        My experiences at hillcroft house have all been atrocious, from staff who can barely speak english to full on incompetency. If I had my way it would be put under special measures and most, if not all the staff, replaced.
