        We found a property to rent through Downers, and found them very personable, professional and friendly. There wasnt a question that went unanswered, and gave us (as new tenants) the best advice. We were talked through the whole referencing process which went very smoothly, and when we picked up the keys we were welcomed with smiles and congratulations which was so lovely. Special thanks to Lee and Lauren for making our renting experience so positive. Also, to the lovely lady who did the key handover, I think her name was Sue! When the time comes, we will definitely look to rent through downers again if we can, and would recommend them to anyone we know. Thanks for all your help! Amber & Leon
