Better than every other sports direct i have been to. Actually have stuff you want and usually have stock you want. Bigger shop than others so more selection.

Went in at 1915, one or two other customers in store. Asked at till for some shoes to replace an existing pair. I know the size and style, just need them from storeroom. Was told that someone would be over. Approcahing 15 mins later and im still waiting. Plenty of time to write this review while you wait.

Went to buy football boots was waiting for a assistant for more than half an hour no one came to assist when we asked the cashier says it's not our problem we have only one staff very poor customer service don't know how to talk this is the second time this happened please recruit people with experience and who knows customer care
