We were served by Leo on the day of our visit, he was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the products in the store and he assessed our needs using the in store equipment, Leo was very entertaining and made our visit most enjoyable

Sammy was so knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly, 10/10 for her customer service. Very happy with the ottoman & mattress she helped us choose, looking forward to its arrival soon. Would highly recommend Dreams, Newbury - make sure you ask for Sammy!

Very good informative support in the sales room, especially as we were trying to match a new mattress with a "old" brand name. But even more impressed by the delivery guys who were so courteous, helpful and professional uplifting 2 old mattresses and delivering our 2 new ones.
