I was denied the sale of a pack of paracetamol along with my shopping because he was insistent the till said he needed to see my ID. I dont think hes been made aware hes allowed to use his own judgement. I very clearly am well over 16
Generally Id just get ID and come back but he was so rude I had no desire to buy anything from them.
Wont be going back.
