Three times Ive been in here and the advice wasnt much. I bought the wrong sized washer when I even had the old one to show him and he said it would stretch out when fitted. My fault for accepting it I suppose but as a novice whos not prepared to pay the earth for minor plumbing jobs I was hoping for a small amount of advice and the correct part at least. This is after being kept waiting for minutes for no apparent reason.
