        they offer a pick up service but its poorly managed. i have been waiting in for 4 full working days and no one arrived and each time i call i get the same promise to call back and update. they may be good on the shop side but the collections are a bit of a shambles. being central newbury its a challenge getting a large amount of donations to them without this. shame really as we will have to dump a car load of sellable items into the recycling plant at this rate.

        A very well managed and organised charity shop right in the middle of Newbury. The staff were very helpful and polite. There was sufficient room in between the displays to browse around with ease.
