I couldn't ask for more when it comes to support and service. Luke had the patience and tenacity needed to unravel the knots I'd created in my files and cloud support, was mindful of cost when suggesting best options and really knew his stuff. The whole team couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. A great customer experience. I highly recommend.

Useless. Every interaction has been better off going to Basingstoke, no stock for repairs kept in store due to lack of store security in the words of the staff. Whats the point of having Apple care+ when its met with an inadequate store.
