        Twenty years ago this place was a solid music shop with great teachers, off-site practise facilities and a decent selection of instruments and accessories in stock. First time I've used them in years and sadly no longer fit for purpose. If you need to buy anything go absolutely ANYWHERE else.

        Like many others here I spent a considerable amount on a product that never arrived. I requested a refund after months of being told my product was delayed due to a global chip shortage. They are uncontactable by phone and email and it seems that I'll never get this back.
