        I placed my web order on Tuesday 31 October and was contacted immediately to confirm delivery and collection on Monday 6th Nov. On Monday I received a call from the Newbury store to inform me that they hadnt arrived but would be in the next day I.e Tuesday 7th Nov. On Tuesday 7th I received another phone call to say that they still hadnt arrived. As you can imagine I have been left very frustrated and over 300.00 out of pocket as I had a tiler booked for the two days but left with no tiles.
