        I went in to get a key cut for my son for his locker at college, I had it done and gave it to him and he informed me that the key didn't work. So I went back to Robert Dyas and spoke to them about it, they told me that I didn't get the key cut there and basically call me a liar. Terrible customer service, I will never be shopping with the company again and would advise people to go else where aswell.
