From my very first interaction with Girard Lettings back in 2020 to now, my experience with them has been absolutely fantastic. I found the team to be friendly, approachable, and respectful of my needs. Within office hours, telephones were answered promptly, emails responded to within a very reasonable timeframe and any reported issues addressed quickly. A special mention must go to Sue, who has been my main point of contact from moving in to moving out of a recent property. Sue has been amazing throughout and made my tenancy experience seemless. Ive been renting for the last 20yrs and can quite honestly say Girard Lettings are by far the best agency Ive ever used. From the 1st viewing to closing my chapter with them, they were a pleasure to do custom with. Sue was a breath of fresh air and resolved any issues that arose (not that there were many). Every confidence in them from day 1. Would definitely use again and recommend anyone to do business with them. Definite 5 star from me! All deposits paid back and managed very professionally. I highly recommend Gerard Letting, as they have a very helpful and friendly team and I was extremely pleased with the lovely flat I rented from through them that had been well maintained by landlord and kept beautifully clean. It was so nice I stayed there for nearly two years before I relocated. Thank you Girards Lettings
