Monica in Lettings was so unprofessional the way I was spoken to was a disgrace I would not recommend using this company Ill be taking my business elsewhere for sure!

As a first-time renter, I was nervous about the process and what it included. Fiona, Catherine and the Carter Jonas team had every step really easy. They were friendly, kept me well-informed and worked at pace which was really appreciated. I'd highly recommend them and ill be using them again. Thanks again!

Very happy with the service provided by Carter Jonas. Catherine and Sarah were very professional and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. My first time renting for quite a long time so was happy that the process was easy and I have a lovely apartment to move into.

Horrible! We have never been treated like that before. CATHERINE DEWAR is working in Newbury office who we spoke when we were checking out on Friday. We arranged all check out process with another colleague of her as we have been told. We have informed her colleague that the cleaning company will come on Saturday to collect the keys and she replied as "thank you for the information", so we thought everything is fine. We went to the Carter Jonas Newbury office on Friday to drop the keys and told Catherine Dewar that the cleaners will come on Saturday. She said that they don't work at weekends. We found our email flow with her colleague to show her that we haven't been informed about that. She did not accept that and started to shout to us! She was threatening us saying "THE CLEANERS WILL COME IN THE MORNING BY 10AM IF NOT IT'S OVER DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME" and she hit her fist on the table! I couldn't believe that was happening because of a really simple issue that even not our fault. She literally lost it! We did not even answer her in the same way to keep it calm. But she kept shouting and giving order to us saying "DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME". No one has to tolerate her anger control problems. I have never been treated like that and this is not acceptable. CATHERINE DEWAR should solve her anger control issues if she looses it even with small issues. And actually we drop the keys to the cleaner on Friday after we learnt that Carter Jonas don't work during weekend. So it was something really easy to solve, rather than shouting and hitting the fist on the table!
