County Property Management

County Property go above and beyond for Landlords. As heating engineers we work for a number of Letting Agents but County are the most pro-active and exacting when they call us in. Great communication with us when working to solve tenant's problems. If I was a Landlord I'd be happy he was on our case.

Having Rented through County Property Management for 5 years, I would highly recommend their service in protecting and servicing everyone in the chain. Landlords are protected through regular property visits, ensuring all services are operational and in good order. Over and above the general checks for wear and tear. Tenants are looked after should a service or appliance fail, with a prompt response and replacement. Check in and check out of the properties managed, is professional and they will guide you through all steps of the process. First rate service, from a first rate company.

I would avoid at all costs. I was concerned about renting through a 'one man band' and I was right to be. Everything started very strangely when Daniel insisted on regular visits (I also own and let a property and visits are annual for managed properties - regardless of agency). Every time something went wrong I was sent someone who seemed to be a relation or friend, not someone from a local company e.g. locksmith. I even had to had work re-done privately to make my own home secure. Unfortunately i've also now been left out of pocket for 2.5 weeks and no sign of my 1600 deposit. I have had to raise a dispute with the DPS and thankfully this will see full return as i've proof of professional cleaning, repairs etc for my tenancy. Just be careful - there's a reason this is a one man band and you'll get much more professionalism from one of the bigger firms in Newbury - chancellors etc

I had worries about selecting a good letting agent to manage my property, but Daniel from County Property has not only given me reassurance but is highly knowledgeable and experienced. Unlike estate agents who are letting agents on the side and are thus generally less responsive, County Properties have been responsive and I get good value from using their services.

Adam at County Property managed our property during renovation works at our house for the past year whilst we were overseas. We received excellent service and communication, Adam was professional, trustworthy and proactive giving us great advice on the work and managing various tradesmen. I would highly recommend both Adam and County for the management of any property.
