All the team at Hamptons were really friendly and helpful. I was always kept up to date with and developments and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Hamptons are definitely a safe pair of hands for when you want to make that move. Can't recommend enough.

I must rate Hamptons at 5 out of 5. I like their approach of being proactive and understanding customer needs. Maria Polczyk was my contact in Hamptons and she is a fabulous person who can understand customer pulse and translate them into focused property search. Overall my experience has been really awesome and I will recommend Hamptons to all my colleagues and friends

As a buyer, If you are looking for complete incompetence at every stage of the process then use Hamptons. If it wasnt for Kate their office would be a complete disaster. From upping the price after agreeing on a sale , to hearing that the included garden tractor has been eyed up by Hamptons staff for themselves. Be aware the list of fixtures and fittings is subject to change as they see fit..to lack of keys, misdescriptions in their sales particulars, and worst of all not pushing a deal through for their own clients best advantage. This is coupled with arrogance, and little to no communication without constant chasing at every step of the process. Their etiquette can only be described as appalling. If it wasnt for our agent in Winchester our deal would never have gone through to buy in Newbury. Do yourself justiceuse another agent. Moving is hard enough without Hamptons Newbury. The experience was so bad I would never buy another house that was offered by Hamptons in the future.

Kate and the Newbury team have been fantastic throughout what could have been a very long winded difficult process. The floor plans, EPC and photography were arranged and put together in a fantastic brochure, viewings arranged and hosted by one of the team and offers in excess of asking price were coming in on day one. We are thrilled with what was achieved. Kate has particularly been 'my rock' during a few complications that threatened to jeopardise our sale. I can't recommend and thank Hamptons enough!
